Refund & Cancellation

1. Overview
Mov Media ("Company," "we," "us") offers access to a digital platform, training library, and marketing tools (the "Platform"). Because Platform access is delivered electronically and is available immediately upon purchase, all sales are considered final except as expressly described in this policy.
2. Digital Access — All Sales Final
All purchases of Platform access, memberships, and digital product subscriptions are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the program description and understand what is included.
- Digital access is delivered immediately upon payment.
- You are not purchasing consulting, advisory, or done-for-you services — you are purchasing access to a digital platform and its contents.
- Outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on your individual effort and application of the tools.
3. Limited Exception Window
We offer a limited refund consideration window of 3 calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to ALL of the following conditions being met:
- The refund request is submitted in writing to julian@julianmedia.co within 3 calendar days of the purchase date.
- You have not accessed more than the first module or introductory materials within the Platform.
- You have not downloaded, exported, or otherwise retained any proprietary materials, templates, or tools from the Platform.
- Your account shows no meaningful engagement beyond the initial login, as determined by platform access logs.
Refund requests that do not satisfy all of the above conditions will not be approved. This exception does not apply to any purchase where a promotional discount, scholarship pricing, or payment plan arrangement was offered.
Buy now, pay later financing
If your purchase was financed through a third-party buy now, pay later provider (such as Affirm or Klarna), you remain responsible for all payments to that provider according to your financing agreement with them, regardless of whether a refund request is submitted. Any approved refund will be issued as a cash credit to your original payment method — store credit will not be issued in lieu of cash refunds.
4. No Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us first is a violation of this policy and your purchase agreement. We will respond to all legitimate refund requests sent to julian@julianmedia.co within 3 business days. Please contact us directly before escalating to your financial institution.
5. Payment Plans
If you enrolled in a payment plan, all scheduled installments remain due regardless of your engagement with the Platform. The non-refundable status applies to the full program price, not only to amounts already paid.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request within the eligible window, email julian@julianmedia.co with the subject line:
"Refund Request — [Your Full Name] — [Purchase Date]"
Include your order confirmation number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
